Who's ready for a bit of dance? I know that I am after listening to the latest release from the Romanian EDM group 'Thy Veils'!

Now for a little background - Thy Veils started out as a studio project in 1995, which was headed by Daniel Dorobantu, soon the project became a pioneering name in the Romanian ambient music scene. The heart of the group has never skipped a beat since their birth, continuing to offer Romania's ambient scene continuous sprinkles of their theories, poetics and philosophies.

‘Influx’ is the name of their freshly squeezed single and rest assured that this is the influx of sound that you have been waiting for. The song is what Thy Veils describe as "a call to unity and an invitation to a new togetherness".

At the core of the track, there is a beating bass, throbbing drum programming and vocals that are haunting yet relaxing. The body of the piece is held together by electronic synths that lift the production into a futuristic realm along with cultural influences - a captivating combination.

Towards the end, listeners are given a transition into the late 80s/early 90s before coming to an abrupt ending.
