Emerging from a hiatus with a renewed purpose, RISE, the dynamic four-piece rock outfit from Liverpool, unveils 'Without You,' a standout track from their latest EP, 'Memories and Possibilities.' Released this year, the EP marks a poignant chapter in the band's journey, intertwining the raw energy of 80s rock with the heartfelt theme of loss and remembrance.

Comprising Sam Kinley (aka stayMellow) on bass and vocals, Paul Kinley on keyboards and backing vocals, Alex Mahoney on drums, and Brian Petch on guitar, RISE's latest offering captures the essence of their live performances. 'Without You' showcases the band's signature blend of driving guitars, high-mix synths, and powerful vocals, underpinned by compelling hooks that resonate deeply with listeners.


'Without You' takes listeners on a journey through a mix of synth indie rock and classic rock all with a creative flair that is unique and refreshing. The creation of 'Memories and Possibilities' was a deeply personal endeavour for RISE, sparked by the untimely passing of original vocalist and bass player, Steve Kinley, in 2022. Recording at Whitewood Studios in Liverpool and produced by the esteemed Rob Whiteley, the EP serves as a tribute to the band's co-founder, encapsulating themes of loss, love, and the unyielding bond of friendship.
