Production & Processing

Some physical products, including merchandise, are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before dispatch. Print magazine dispatch times may vary depending on availability and print schedules.

We ship physical items to the UK and selected international destinations. Available shipping options, costs, and destinations are displayed at checkout.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to:

International Orders & Customs

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees imposed by the destination country.

Are not included in the product price or shipping cost

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

 

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched. Tracking availability depends on the shipping method and destination.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after the estimated delivery date, please contact us within 30 days so we can investigate with the fulfilment partner or courier.

Orders marked as delivered by the courier but reported as missing may not always be eligible for replacement or refund. Customers are encouraged to use secure delivery addresses.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returned orders due to address errors may incur additional shipping charges.

 

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive at different times.
