TJPL Media Network – Refund Policy
Last updated: [3rd December 2025]
At TJPL Media Network, all services and digital products are delivered with care, clarity, and full transparency. Because our work involves digital publications, editorial services, promotional placements, design assets, interviews, subscription access, and other custom-produced media, most purchases are non-refundable once the service has begun or digital content has been delivered.
This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and relevant
UK digital content legislation.
1. Digital Products & Downloads (Non-Refundable)
All digital items—including magazine issues, digital subscriptions, downloadable toolkits, membership access, editorial PDFs, advertising materials, and digital promotional products—are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers lose their 14-day cancellation right once digital content is supplied with their consent.
2. Services Including Editorial, Promotional & Media Features (Non-Refundable)
All service-based purchases—such as artist features, interviews, playlisting inclusions, PR bundles, advertorials, promotional placements, consultancy, or any work that begins immediately upon booking—are non-refundable.
Because these services are tailored, time-based, and begin promptly, the right to cancel does not apply once work has started.
3. Print Magazines & Physical Goods
Print magazines and physical goods are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement.
4. Memberships (Digital Black Card, Institutional Access, Subscriptions)
Memberships and subscription services are non-refundable, including partial refunds for unused time, once access has been granted.
Cancellations for future billing cycles may be requested at any time, but no refunds apply to payments already made.
5. Event-Based Services (Podcast Interviews, Photography, Coverage Packages)
Due to scheduling, preparation, and resource allocation, all bookings are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, we will accommodate a new date where possible.
6. When a Refund May Be Considered
Refunds are only provided where required by UK law—for example, if:
A digital product is faulty and cannot be fixed,
A physical item arrives damaged,
A service cannot be delivered by us due to unforeseen circumstances.
TJPL Media Network is not liable for change-of-mind cancellations or unmet personal expectations once work has commenced or content has been delivered.
