Aspen, can you share with us how you first got into music production and DJing? What drew you to the EDM genre?

I've always loved Electronic music ever since I was a kid. I went to my first Ultra Miami and it was an inspiring experience that just really made me want to get into production. The day after Ultra ended, I started my music career.

You've performed in over fifteen cities worldwide. Can you tell us about a particularly memorable performance and what made it stand out?

I played in Madrid, Spain a year ago and that performance was easily my favorite of my shows abroad. I had my entire friend group with me, which made it so much better. Sharing experiences like that with people you care about is what makes them truly amazing.

"Endgame" is a collaboration with Liv Hanna. How did this partnership come about?

I actually DMed her on Instagram. I really liked her voice, and I thought it would fit well with what I was making, so that's what happened.

What was the creative process like for "Endgame"? Did you face any challenges while blending your downtempo Electronic sound with Liv's emotive Pop vocals?

Yeah, so when we finished recording, the song actually sounded very different. I originally produced the song to be very 'piano oriented.' I realized after we recorded that I really needed to change that. I ended up changing the overall sound of the track drastically.

The song tackles the theme of internal conflict in relationships. How did you and Liv approach writing lyrics for such a poignant topic?

We both just combined our personal experiences and that's what came out. It was really that simple.

Your music often features a distinct downtempo vibe. What are some of the key elements you focus on when producing a track like "Endgame"?

I think what I focus on the most is the sound design behind each track. That is what makes EDM special, the ability to design your own sounds.

"Endgame" showcases your versatility as a producer and co-writer. Do you have any plans for more collaborations in the future?

Yeah, I have some collabs in store, but I am not going to talk about them yet. I have a couple solo projects that I am going to be releasing first.

What can fans expect from you in the coming months? Are there any upcoming projects or singles we should be looking out for?

Yes, so I have a song called, 'Heal Me Now,' coming out and then another solo project that will be released after that.

For aspiring producers and DJs looking to make their mark, what advice would you give them based on your experiences in the music industry?

Separate yourself and be your own artist. Do what you want to do and don't worry about what the other people in your own market say.

Finally, is there anything else you'd like to share with your fans and our readers about "Endgame" or your journey in music?

Just stay tuned. I have a lot in store, and I've really been putting in a ton of work, so I am excited for what is to come.
