Upland's Latest Supergroup, The Project, Brings the Best of LA Rock to the Forefront with Their Single 'Hope'
Let's not hang around, let's get straight into the heart of Upland, California, where a new rock sensation peaks its head. Sorry, did I not mention who? That would be the talented duo James Davis and Dennis Hill of The Project. Back with their fifth release entitled "Hope", and featuring the dynamic beats of ex-"Lit" drummer Nathan Walker listeners can expect to find themselves bathed in the essence of California's rock scene.
So, let's have it. What is "Hope" all about then? I hear Blink-182, I hear Nickleback but I also hear the pop-rock qualities of Oasis. I hear elements of Busted's "Sleeping with the Light On" and I can hear Bowling for Soup. I hear, greatness. Fun. Nostalgia. The spectrum of Pop Rock is redefined in a sound that feels familiar in parts but completely unique as a whole.

Known for winning multiple awards including Best Hard Rock Band and Best Metal Band in Southern California, the experience has laid the foundation for Davis's venture into merging the best of pop and metal.
