After watching the harrowing Channel 4 documentary “Gaza: Doctors Under Attack”, our Director Tamara Jenna was left speechless, and in tears.
“I watched it in disbelief. There's something about seeing raw footage, from the ground that takes you from awareness and into action. I couldn't unsee. I have created a platform for good, and I would not be human if I did not use it for good. In every child aired, I saw my two younger brothers and felt every part of their pain. In every aid worker, I saw my family, and in every civilian I saw devastation, humiliation and torture. How can the world do nothing? It's not good enough to claim to be impartial, these are human beings. It's time that media companies did more.”

The documentary — originally rejected by the BBC — gives raw, unfiltered insight into the horrifying realities facing medics in Gaza. It shows hospitals overwhelmed, children carried in with shrapnel wounds, and doctors operating without basic supplies under constant threat. It is not fiction. It is Gaza’s daily reality.
Why We Launched This Fundraiser
Moved by that film and the human devastation it laid bare, TJPL News has launched an official fundraising campaign in support of Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP).
MAP is a registered UK charity providing emergency healthcare, surgical supplies, antibiotics, IV fluids, and trauma kits to overstretched hospitals across Gaza.
